Staff here were so friendly, from the morning breakfast all the way to the turn-down service at night. They had a really good attitude, which made the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable! 😊

I loved my stay at Fairmont Mara Safari Club. the service was top-notch, and the surroundings were elegant. the rooms were fancy and unique, offering an amazing view of the sunset. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the location was unbeatable, perfect for safari experiences with access to the big five wildlife, and convenient transport from Nairobi.

Had an absolutely amazing stay on a safari vacation and the weather was clear. Clean and gorgeous room, the bathroom was tiled. - the hotel's position was stunning and excellent, near to the airport and safari with Alexander and the Maasai Mara. - First to welcome us upon arrival from Nairobi transport.

This place exceeded expectations with exceptional service and beautiful surroundings, conveniently located near the river with friendly staff.

Overall the room is absolutely gorgeous, immaculate and includes a mini bar, a personal safe, and coffee/tea making machines.

It was hard for us to say goodbye to this place, and we’re definitely planning a return trip. Can't wait to go back! 🌅

As foreign tourists, we loved the delicious food, especially the Kenyan options and vegetarian choices. The staff, including Chef and Reuben, took great care of us and made sure we enjoyed the game drives and felt safe. The location of the resort is incredible, with a river that offers stunning views of hippos right outside our tent. The Land Cruisers provided by the resort were fantastic for the game drives, allowing us to have open views of the animals.

Tents are cheaply done.. and extremely small... toilet seat is basically in the bedroom... I don't like it makes me feel like we were sleeping in the toilet...everything is extra charge ! Even taking a bicycle for a spin costs extra... too focused on money making instead of being focused on customer experience and satisfaction.. Not enough safari cars and they are not organized enough to manage the guests' experiences

We had an amazing time at Fairmont Mara Safari Club. The luxurious tents and beautiful balcony views of hippos were unforgettable. The game drives were exciting and our guide, Alan, made sure we saw the Big Five. The food, service, and massages were excellent.

Friendly staff, delicious food, great location

I recently had a business trip to a safari hotel and it was a memorable experience. The warm welcome by the staff made me feel at ease, and their helpfulness throughout my stay was a plus. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of dishes available to choose from. The location was key, providing easy access to the wildlife.

Although I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there were a couple of drawbacks. The Wi-Fi access was limited to certain areas, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel on the banks of the Mara river. The staff was extremely welcoming, being the first to greet us upon arrival from Nairobi transport with a cold towel and a fresh drink. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable tents, and breakfast was delicious. We could even see hippos from our balcony. The hotel's location next to the rivers allowed us to catch a glimpse of the local wildlife from the comfort of our lodging.
